Roger Hamilton and the XL Results Foundation Scam
Golden in Seychelles
Anyone who is following Roger and his global con job must have read by now that XL Singapore Private Limited is owned by a holding company registered to a P.O. Box in the tax haven nation, Republic of Seychelles. Many small companies and hedge funds have off shore accounts and even companies to funnel millions of dollars globally. A business savvy decision by Roger to incorporate his organization in Africa?
Lets see, XL Results Foundation, registered as a Pte Ltd company in Singapore in 2001, lists its principal activities as “1) Technical, vocational and commercial education and 2) Mail order agencies (including sales via telephone and internet)” from ACRA business profile. Roger had told me that he was near financially broke when he first moved to Singapore. His business is his CD programs, membership sales, seminars and publishing. Hardly a cash cow that requires an intricate corporate and finance structure that span 2 continents. Savvy business decision or something more sinister? Your call.
As of today, he is untouchable to the hundreds of members he had recruited and even ex-employees, who are seeking compensation.

Note: XL Results Foundation has closed its head office in Singapore with monies owed to members, ex employees and service providers.
Traditionally, a Ponzi requires the fraudster to take money from one group of people, give some of it to another group of people so that they tell their friends what a great investment they have made.
Roger James Hamilton has done something very similar but not exactly a traditional ponzi — he takes money from new members to provide services (including ponzi-like commissions) to existing clients so that they will convince new marks what a great deal it is.
RJH has some good ideas and is clearly a smart guy but the truth is that he is leaving a trail of defrauded and disappointed clients, employees and partners. Stay away from Roger James Hamilton.
