I received this filtered as spam but decided to publish it and let the readers decide whether it is spam or for real. I also did some research on Roger Hamilton and he is definitely leaving questionable trials around the globe!

Roger Hamilton and the XL Results Foundation Scam
Golden in Seychelles
Anyone who is following Roger and his global con job must have read by now that XL Singapore Private Limited is owned by a holding company registered to a P.O. Box in the tax haven nation, Republic of Seychelles. Many small companies and hedge funds have off shore accounts and even companies to funnel millions of dollars globally. A business savvy decision by Roger to incorporate his organization in Africa?
Lets see, XL Results Foundation, registered as a Pte Ltd company in Singapore in 2001, lists its principal activities as “1) Technical, vocational and commercial education and 2) Mail order agencies (including sales via telephone and internet)” from ACRA business profile. Roger had told me that he was near financially broke when he first moved to Singapore. His business is his CD programs, membership sales, seminars and publishing. Hardly a cash cow that requires an intricate corporate and finance structure that span 2 continents. Savvy business decision or something more sinister? Your call.
As of today, he is untouchable to the hundreds of members he had recruited and even ex-employees, who are seeking compensation.
Note: XL Results Foundation has closed its head office in Singapore with monies owed to members, ex employees and service providers.
Traditionally, a Ponzi requires the fraudster to take money from one group of people, give some of it to another group of people so that they tell their friends what a great investment they have made.
Roger James Hamilton has done something very similar but not exactly a traditional ponzi — he takes money from new members to provide services (including ponzi-like commissions) to existing clients so that they will convince new marks what a great deal it is.
RJH has some good ideas and is clearly a smart guy but the truth is that he is leaving a trail of defrauded and disappointed clients, employees and partners. Stay away from Roger James Hamilton.
Thanks James,
We can only hope people will start realizing there is no easy way to make money and avoid these scams.
Cheers,
James (Minnie)

Roger James Hamilton whose name is not worth the paper it is written on has formed a new partnership with Roy McDonald, founder of One Life (Australia); Hamilton is a Director of One Line and flogging his worthless products on the One Life website: http://www.onelifecentral.com/products/Wealth-Dyn…
A brief check of his new business partner Mr Roy McDonald appears to show he is somewhat of a questionable character: http://www.jenman.com.au/news_story.php?id=65
The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“ASIC”) know of Mr Roy McDonald. The first complaint regarding Roy’s conduct was some 14 years ago to the then Trade Practices Commission (now known as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or ACCC).
Looks like these two dodgy characters are birds of a feather. Change the name of XL Results Foundation, repackage the scam and get someone else to do the sales (Roy McDonald) and sell thin-air to a duped community. Steer clear of these two.
Roger James Hamilton ran XL Nation which collapsed in late 2008 after his massive irresponsible money mismanagement. There was not even anyone sorting out the finances in the company so there was not any knowledge about what income or expenditure there was. This coupled with Roger's extravagant spending caused it all to come tumbling down. XL how has a website with members who no longer are getting what they paid for.
He left investors and members of XL broke and has said he does not have any money to pay anyone back. Investors gave him money that he said he would invest and he assured them it would be invested and pay them a high return. He never invested the money – he used it for himself. He is a fraud who does not practice what he preaches. So nice that he has the money to take himself and his family to Las Vegas in 2010 when he is broke and living the life of a pauper!!!!!! He sent his daughter to Greece recently as well!!!!
He lives the high life in Bali with servants to tend to the housework and everything else. The house he lives in is spacious and very nice. Not so for the people who contact him on a regular basis to ask where their money is and when they will get it back only to get a reply that he does not have any and he is struggling.
When will he stop conning people into thinking he is Asia’s leading wealth consultant!!!! Beware of Roger James Hamilton and do not give this man any money. You will never see it again.
Bait and Switch Scam to prey on Australian consumers, Roger James Hamilton repackages scam to dupe consumers. Steer clear of the Wealth Dynamics Academy operated by One Life (Australia).
Roger James Hamilton the British “Get Rich Quick” snake oil salesman of XL Results Foundation (the now defunct business scam) that ripped off thousands of consumers for million of dollars globally will target Australian consumers on the Gold Coast on the 24th to 27th February, 2011.
Roger James Hamilton is operating the new scam, Wealth Dynamics Academy in collaboration with the equally dubious business partner Roy McDonald, founder of One Life, these two deadbeats are birds of a feather. (A background check on Roy McDonald with the relevant Australian consumers associations confirm consumers complaints go back to the early 1990′s).
As Roger James Hamilton’s thieving reputation precedes him, his “wingman” for the upcoming event will be a Mr Topher Morrison who will be presenting the repackaged scam in February under the new name: Wealth Dynamics Academy and encouraging Australian consumers to part with $3,990.00 for the unaccredited and unrecognised course. Victims buy into a non existent business network with the promise of financial freedom and helping to alleviate world poverty (the only one benefiting is Hamilton and his partners lining their pockets).
Is Mr Topher Morrison part of the elaborate scam? Or an unwitting victim?
Australian consumers should steer clear of Roger James Hamilton and his associates who have one goal to cheat you out of your hard earned money.
For the information for US based victims of Roger James Hamilton.
Roger James Hamilton, Chairman of the now defunct business networking scheme XL Results Foundation tried to bring his Get Rich Quick scheme into Canada in a bid to prey on a fresh batch of untapped consumers. Hamilton’s plans went awry when a local Ontario based lawyer Michael Webster who specialises in fraudulent businesses started posting comments and seeking information on Roger James Hamilton.
You guessed it, Roger James Hamilton and his wagon train, hightailed it out of Canada leaving a cloud of dust behind them.

Wonder how Roger can now be an advisor on the board of Green School in Bali? Would it not normally say in the stats of a school that board members must have a clean and clear record and not be investigated bye law any were after all the school educate kids…
Scams such as XL Results Foundation and Roger Hamilton survive because they go from one country to the next. They sell a worthless concept to a consumer and with the money they use it to protect the scam either by using the money towards legal costs to keep the scam from being exposed, filtering the funds through a web of accounts and going from one market to the next. It is expensive to run a scam. Hamilton is a cheap Bernie Madoff.
As one market is duped, they simply pack up and go to the next market, and the ball keeps rolling on. The scam collapses when more and more consumers are duped and the scam can’t fund the legal action or keep the scam afloat. Scams find it increasingly more difficult to sell as more tricked consumers speak out. Hamilton is text book example of a scam, he goes from one market to the next and will often re enter a market a few years later using another company name. Consumers can protect themselves and the community by contacting the relevant consumer protection agencies if they enter your neighborhood. These scams drain the community of money and are virulent during economic crises. Be vigilant if a scam enters your market. You can stop them.
Roger James Hamilton operator of the “XL Get Rich Quick Scheme” that went bust owing thousands of consumers money around the globe, will be targeting consumers in South Africa under a new company name.

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks. What can I say..?
Cheers,
James
Thanks for this information.
Chris.
Good and informative blog. I congratulate you on having the courage to write about Roger Hamilton and his toxic scam.
I recently read Roger Hamilton’s posts inferring he is the victim of a solitary individual running a smear campaign, its clear from reading his venomous ramblings he is one desperate individual.
Roger Hamilton is a cyber stalker attempting to protect his scam at all costs; this tactic is classic text book conduct of an abusive scam that tries to threaten and intimidate anyone speaking out about it. His conduct is totally laughable considering he promotes himself as a social entrepreneur.
In his posts, he failed to mention the Bloggers, activists, media, consumer protection agencies, lawyers around the world who have exposed him for operating a global Ponzi scheme and draining the community of money.
Meanwhile in Bali this weekend, Hamilton is running his Wealth Dynamics seminar with only a handful of individuals expected to turn up. It’s evident that his reputation precedes him and his scam is finding it harder to dupe consumers of their money.
Blogs such as this provide a valuable weapon against combating scams like Roger Hamilton’s and go a long way towards protecting the community.
