I recently read Roger Hamilton’s posts inferring he is the victim of a solitary individual running a smear campaign, its clear from reading his venomous ramblings he is one desperate individual.

Roger Hamilton is a cyber stalker attempting to protect his scam at all costs; this tactic is classic text book conduct of an abusive scam that tries to threaten and intimidate anyone speaking out about it. His conduct is totally laughable considering he promotes himself as a social entrepreneur.

In his posts, he failed to mention the Bloggers, activists, media, consumer protection agencies, lawyers around the world who have exposed him for operating a global Ponzi scheme and draining the community of money.

Meanwhile in Bali this weekend, Hamilton is running his Wealth Dynamics seminar with only a handful of individuals expected to turn up. It’s evident that his reputation precedes him and his scam is finding it harder to dupe consumers of their money.

Blogs such as this provide a valuable weapon against combating scams like Roger Hamilton’s and go a long way towards protecting the community.

As one market is duped, they simply pack up and go to the next market, and the ball keeps rolling on. The scam collapses when more and more consumers are duped and the scam can’t fund the legal action or keep the scam afloat. Scams find it increasingly more difficult to sell as more tricked consumers speak out. Hamilton is text book example of a scam, he goes from one market to the next and will often re enter a market a few years later using another company name. Consumers can protect themselves and the community by contacting the relevant consumer protection agencies if they enter your neighborhood. These scams drain the community of money and are virulent during economic crises. Be vigilant if a scam enters your market. You can stop them.

Hamilton is offering a Fast Forward Your Business Program to Australia wide consumers. During the one day workshop, Hamilton will pressure victims in to signing up for an expensive non existent online educational business scam.

The fraudster uses a sophisticated smoke and mirrors website, with fake testimonials and pictures of celebrities to lull consumers into a false sense of security.

Roger James Hamilton, Chairman of the now defunct business networking scheme XL Results Foundation tried to bring his Get Rich Quick scheme into Canada in a bid to prey on a fresh batch of untapped consumers. Hamilton’s plans went awry when a local Ontario based lawyer Michael Webster who specialises in fraudulent businesses started posting comments and seeking information on Roger James Hamilton.

You guessed it, Roger James Hamilton and his wagon train, hightailed it out of Canada leaving a cloud of dust behind them.

Roger James Hamilton the British “Get Rich Quick” snake oil salesman of XL Results Foundation (the now defunct business scam) that ripped off thousands of consumers for million of dollars globally will target Australian consumers on the Gold Coast on the 24th to 27th February, 2011.

Roger James Hamilton is operating the new scam, Wealth Dynamics Academy in collaboration with the equally dubious business partner Roy McDonald, founder of One Life, these two deadbeats are birds of a feather. (A background check on Roy McDonald with the relevant Australian consumers associations confirm consumers complaints go back to the early 1990′s).

As Roger James Hamilton’s thieving reputation precedes him, his “wingman” for the upcoming event will be a Mr Topher Morrison who will be presenting the repackaged scam in February under the new name: Wealth Dynamics Academy and encouraging Australian consumers to part with $3,990.00 for the unaccredited and unrecognised course. Victims buy into a non existent business network with the promise of financial freedom and helping to alleviate world poverty (the only one benefiting is Hamilton and his partners lining their pockets).

Is Mr Topher Morrison part of the elaborate scam? Or an unwitting victim?

Australian consumers should steer clear of Roger James Hamilton and his associates who have one goal to cheat you out of your hard earned money.
